  • 📈New Prime Brokerage Indicator

We’ve enhanced our Accounts API with a new Prime Brokerage Indicator, making it easier to identify accounts enabled for prime brokerage services. This addition improves account classification and streamlines workflows for users managing prime brokerage relationships.

🔍 How it Works:
Accounts with prime brokerage capabilities will now be flagged with this indicator, allowing for better categorization and visibility into brokerage services.

With this enhancement, users can more easily distinguish prime brokerage accounts, improving operational efficiency and account tracking.

A new field has been added to the Transactions API , providing adjacent account numbers for specific transactions. This enhancement improves transparency and enables users to more easily track the movement of funds.

Now, when a transaction occurs—like transferring shares—this field identifies both the receiving and delivery account, giving you a clearer picture of asset flow.

We are migrating Fidelity data to our new ingestion pipeline, enabling faster processing and improved data delivery. This upgrade enhances our ability to provide Fidelity data with:

  • A more sustainable and reliable data source

By leveraging this new pipeline, we ensure more efficient and consistent data delivery, allowing us to better support your needs whether that be on Atlas or the API.

  • 🧰Fixes & Improvements

A daily validation process has been introduced to identify and update securities lacking a valid security type. This morning check proactively reconciles security classifications, minimizing the occurrence of unknown security types in client applications.

We’ve rolled out an update to minimize 502 errors, providing a more seamless and dependable experience for API clients. With this improvement, requests will process more smoothly, reducing interruptions and ensuring better performance.

The sandbox API has been enhanced to deliver more accurate data across all accounts, offering a more reliable testing environment that better mirrors real-world scenarios.
